California Bounty: British style cheese from Sebastopol
William Cofield Cheesemakers is Sonoma County’s first proper British-style cheesemaker. Keith Adams is proud to make use of certified organic milk from grass-fed cows in nearby Petaluma. Some of his artisan varieties include McKinley Cheddar, Bodega Blue, McKinley Extra Aged and Willie’s fresh cheese curds.
