WM COFIELD CHEESEMAKERS

William Cofield Cheesemakers brings to Sonoma County its first proper British style cheesemaker. Visitors to William Cofield Cheesemakers are able to sample and purchase proper British style cheese. Guests are able to see how it’s made from start to finish — from the milk vats operating on site to the aging room to the packaging and shipping area. The display case at William Cofield houses not only the shop’s own products, but those of neighboring cheesemakers to create a journey in the artisan cheese world.

As of October 20, 2022 - Wm Cofield also offers delicious bites and drinks at their picnic benches. You can enjoy items like cheeseboards, grilled cheese, tomato soup and a salad. You can also enjoy select beer, wine, cider and soft drinks.
