They freeze the small batch ice cream using liquid nitrogen, which leaves you with little air whipped into the cream meaning you get the best, ultra creamy, dense texture. They pride themselves on buying local fresh and natural fruit ingredients from local farmers in our region. Ice cream and fresh waffle cones are made in house daily, and varieties change regularly to incorporate seasonal favorites.
