Spirit Works Distillery is an artisan microdistillery that handcrafts gin, vodka and whiskey. Dedicated to the “grain to glass” philosophy, each batch starts with whole grains, creating a distinctively superior taste. Spirit Works is committed to using locally sourced, organic products as often as possible, and only all-natural ingredients. The process is simple: whole grain is brought to the distillery where it’s milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and finally bottled entirely on-site. This hands-on approach allows control of all aspects of the process, creating a premium product whose quality has been strictly monitored every step of the way.
