Sarah’s Silks is a Waldorf-inspired toy store in The Barlow designed as both a shop and a space to play. The bright, open storefront features a large glass roll-up door and a simple, natural aesthetic that invites families to come in and stay awhile.
Inside, you’ll find silk dress-ups, playsilks, and wooden toys arranged in a calm, uncluttered way, with plenty of room for children to explore freely. The space is intentionally set up for hands-on play—kids can build forts, try on costumes, and create their own imaginative worlds while parents browse.
More than just a store, it’s a gentle, welcoming environment rooted in Waldorf principles, where play is open-ended, creativity is encouraged, and families can slow down and connect.
