Acre Pizza's singular focus is crafting great pizza. They prepare their pizzas with the best ingredients available and sourcing locally using California grown tomatoes and fresh mozzarella from Double 8 Dairy in Valley Ford. Using California grown wheat and "old world" baking techniques, their dough is fermented for 72 hours resulting in a light and crispy crust on both New York and Detroit style pizzas. All pizzas can be made Gluten Free.
