Chef Mark Hopper, former Executive Chef of Casual Dining for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and, most recently, Executive Chef at Farmshop Marin, brings his passion for handcrafted pizza to The Barlow with the launch of his first solo project: Vignette. Making pizzas inspired by the best pies in Naples, Italy, traditional styles have been replicated for crafting Neapolitan pizzas, locally sourced salads and vegetable options. With a combination of unique and intriguing flavors, the menu continues to impress and inspire restaurant impresarios and guests.
